3. Why does the customer display screen not show? How to judge whether the customer display board is in normal state?

The display of the customer display requires the support of your POS/MIS software. First check whether the keyboard cable is plugged in properly, turn off the power and re-plug it. If it still doesn’t work, try another PC keyboard to see if the motherboard interface is broken. If it is determined that the keyboard is broken, please contact the dealer.

5. The receipt printer has power supply and the status is normal, but it does not print receipts when collecting money? Do you want to install the driver?

The receipt printer also needs the support of the POS system software. If the POS system software you use supports the receipt printing provided by Jicheng Company, you can consult the POS system software supplier.
As for whether you need to install the driver, you need to know that the POS system software you use uses the command method to print the receipt. If you print by command, you do not need to install the driver. The POS system software developer has written the command of the receipt printer into the POS software. If the software does not have its own driver, you must manually install the driver to print the receipt normally. Installation method: Click “Add Printer” in the control panel, and then select the file directory where the driver is located.Follow the prompts to complete the installation. The general cash drawer is driven by a receipt printer. First, observe whether the guide rail of the cash drawer is deformed or stuck. After the cash drawer is opened, it is difficult to close it. Check whether the foam in the cash drawer is taken out. If the foam is removed, check whether the guide rail of the cash drawer is deformed, and check whether the driving signal connecting line between the cash drawer and the receipt printer is connected correctly. 7. Why is the network disconnected or disconnected from time to time?

8. Why can’t the machine pass the POST?
